Looking to get those calves in shape? Here are a few exercises that will help to get you there.

 

Calf raises are the most beneficial exercise. What you need to find is steps. With both feet, step up with only the balls of your feet. Allow for your heels to hang of. Start by doing 20 calf raises, first with your toes straight, then turned out and finally turned in. This will help to shape them from top to bottom.
