To slowly increase your range of motion and limber you up in places that may be tight, Yoga is the best suggestion. As this class not only helps you to become more flexible, it also helps with toning your entire body. If you are not looking to do a Yoga class there are also some stretches that you can do right at home.
If you own a physio ball or a bosu ball this stretch can be done using your ball. Lay on the ball face up and let your arms fall all the way back and alow your legs to be straight. You will feel a deep stretch right down your back. It will feel great! Hold this strech for at least 30 seconds before slowly coming out.
Remember, to get the most out of your strech you must hold for 30 seconds or more.
