How much cardio do you think you should be doing? Really you don't need to spend more than 30 minutes a day on cardio. What you need to do is make sure that you are utilizing your time wisely. This means to increase the intensity level of your workout. If you're doing 1 hour on the treadmill at 3.0 - 4.0 mph, cut that time by doing 30 minutes at 5.0 -6.0 and add an incline of 2.0 - 4.0. You will see faster results this way and you will have more time to add other exercises to your routine.
