If you want to shed a few extra pounds to make sure you fit into that wedding gown, we suggest that 3 weeks prior to your wedding you adopt the Paleo diet. The Paleo diet is the most natural and balanced diet that exists which allows you to shed pounds and not feel hungry. The Paleo diet frowns on all grains, sodium, sugar, dairy, processed foods and legumes. Unlike any of those other diets out there which totally remove all carbs, Paleo does allow you to eat fruits and vegetables which our bodies need to stay healthy.
We recommend this PLUS take up a routine of cardio, i.e. brisk walks combined with jogging, running, cycling or any other form of cardio.
At Fitness Bay Resort we only serve meals based on the Paleo diet and combine the 5 ½ hours of workout daily with weights, cardio and resistance training. The math works when you maintain your daily caloric intake at no more than 1,400 calories.
