If you feel like you are working out for long periods of time but not noticing any results from this, you may want to try a different approach to your workout. If you are able to sprint even if its for a short period of time try including a 30 second to one minute sprint in your workout. What this does is increases your heart rate and helps to burn more fat in less time. Start of by doing 4 sprints for 30 seconds with one minute rest in between. Move up in repetition each week until you are at 10 sprints for 30 seconds. Try this for 6 weeks and see what results you notice.
