BRIDAL BOOT CAMP TIP #6 Weekly tips and advice from the experts at Fitness Bay Resort
Your ability to cope with stress becomes easier when you exercise regularly. It is almost impossible to eliminate stress from your life in these times but there are ways to alleviate it. If you are not a gym junkie and don't a clue what to do when you get to the gym, the best thing for you is classes. Classes are beneficial when you want to get in and get out. You don't have to think about what you are going to do, your instructor does the planning for you. I suggest, if you have the time, take 2 classes a day: a cardio class and a toning and strength building class. If you're pressed for time, then taking 1 a day is fine as long as you alternate between cardio and strength training each day.
Always remember that we at Fitness Bay Resort Bermuda are offering week packages for brides and their friends. What a great way to set aside the stress, get in shape and have fun doing it!
